Mortgage Ready Score is private by design. We collect only what we need to calculate your readiness and help you improve, and we never share your details with a lender or partner without your explicit consent.
What we collect
Information you provide in your assessment and account, such as income, savings, commitments, credit band and goals, plus basic usage data to improve the service.
How we use it
To calculate your Mortgage Ready Score, build your plan, power coaching and check-ins, and, only with your consent, prepare an anonymised profile for suitable partners.
Consent and control
You can review and withdraw consent at any time, and you can request deletion of your data. A consent centre and data deletion request will be available in your account.
Security
We use secure transport and an encryption-ready architecture for sensitive fields, with access controls and audit logging.
